New BiggerPockets Board Game

Hi,

I am in the process of creating a board game to pitch to BiggerPockets.
Most of us on here have played or at least heard of the CashFlow game by Robert Kiyosaki. If you have ever played it you can probably resonate with the fact that, although it is a pretty fun game, it is quite outdated and can be cumbersome to play.

I am creating an updated F.I.R.E. board game that is going to incorporate all of the modern strategies to reaching F.I. that we know and love like: real estate investing (BRRRR, Wholesale, Flips, etc...), Index fund investing (think the 4% rule) and the wonderful "financial runway" strategy coined by Scott Trench. It will some aspects of gameplay that we are all familiar with already but will also have plenty of modernizing touches as well as some humorous millennial SLANGuage thrown in for good measure.

One of the best parts is that it is going to have an accompanying free app that does all of the calculations for you. There will be no play money, and no income statement/balance sheet that you have to keep updating. This should make for a much smoother gameplay. It will also be able to scan the game cards and prompt you to either accept or reject certain opportunities as they come your way.

All of this will be packaged in a very sleek and modern design with high quality satin finishes and UV spot gloss artwork. Imagine a business blue and light grey on matte black color scheme to match BP branding style.

Please respond with any constructive feedback, encouragement and whether this is something that you would consider buying if the price point was between $50 - $80 dollars.

I sincerely appreciate any responses!

** I have attached a simple mood board to give an idea of the design scheme.
