I need advice some advice !
So about a month ago I left my full time job I was a maintenance Technician for NY Based Uprealty. I have a good relationship with the company I was there for 2 years going into 3. I have my side gigs that I can live off doing contract work for investors. My ex-employer still contacts me to give me non-hourly work, I have a good relationship with them. Do you think I should go back to my employer since I was there for almost 3 years and try to use an fha loan since I would make over 2 years there and have steady income ? I currently live for free and have minimal bills. I feel like I made a stupid decision by leaving and sometimes regret it.
