Hi, I'm 24 years old and newbie on Real estate I been saving up all my money and building my credit. I really want to get into REI and I been trying to learn as much as I could and reading and taking notes about REI.

I just want you guys advice/help for us beginners who wants to get into REI. Thank you in advance.
