Just starting at 21 (looking for advice)
Hello everyone! I’ve been following BiggerPockets for a while but just now started using the app! So here’s the deal.
I currently have an investment property (Which I live in) which has 5 rooms, all rented out. The mortgage is 830 and my income with the house as about $1,500. So I’m profiting $630 a month. I would love to get another property but a few things are blocking me.
1) Can’t find any investors
2) Don’t have the capital currently and need to fix kitchen and main bath before getting quote for the refinance
I would love to start managing rental properties, how do I go about this? I have experience with my house but not people I don’t really know. I feel I can do it but also having issues finding deals around my area. I’m in Kalamzoo MI if anyone is near me
