Which one first: (i) deed property to LLC or (ii) refinance?
Context: somebody has a property in their name and wants to rent it out under an LLC (not established yet). They plan to do so with a property manager.
Assumption: it makes sense to refinance.
Question: which should they do first: (i) establish the LLC and deed the property to the LLC or (ii) refinance and then deed over the property?
