I plan on purchasing my first property and decided it to be a duplex. I will house hack for a year and after this I will refi the property so that I can move onto my next one. 

Please if anybody knows anyone who is selling a multifamily property in Pinellas Park, Largo, Clearwater, or Oldsmar Florida area give me a message. Thank you, Sean
