Estimating rehab costs and ARV. Help
This is literally what stops me. I am not sure on how to analyze arvs and rehabs.. I understand quotes with contractors and being conservative so rehab I would be leaning on someone else.. what about arvs?
Find comparable properties and guess based on different counters and colors in bathrooms? I don't even know what my contractors work will look like when it's done.
