LLC, LLP, or Purchase Personally?

Hi, I'm starting to do a lot of research into real estate investing and plan to buy a rental property in 2020. I'm going into this with 2 partners and looking to form a business.  I've read the pros and cons of most of these, but was hoping to get some more personal insight into the creation of business and how that worked for you.  Also, if I'm going down the wrong path, and there is a better option I'd love to here those ideas as well.
