Small town big problems for mentors?
We are so excited to make this happen, we work at the busiesest restaurant in a small town of 15 thousand people. (No other big towns are within 2.5 hours. ) I'm the bartender and my fiancee is the cocktail server right beside me every day every shift. This means we network we meet all the "big shots" , self made ones and the ones who inherited it all. We utilize this to network for tips and advise so we to will one day be financially free like most of them. The Problem is......Is our town to small? Will someone realistically mentor us knowing that we will be competing against them eventually? I know the answer is probably no they will not. But can anyone think of a way to incentivise them to help?
