Termite infestation found in property?

I currently have a turnkey property under contract and currently in the “due diligence” phase. I had a termite inspection done and there was active infestation with evidence of previous infestation. I was wondering should I back out of this deal or just get the infestation problem fixed and continue with deal? Besides the infestation part the numbers and everything else looks great
