Cleveland, .OH Brrrr market

Hello All,

I have a background in property management and I want to try my hand in investing in my own properties. For some reason I’m drawn to Cleveland, OH particularly because of the low purchase prices. However it also seems like there is a ton on inventory on the market, which is somewhat unsettling to me.

What do you all think about the Cleveland, OH market? Is it a good idea for me to start my investment portfolio there?
