Getting started with the right bank

Hi everyone!

Im just wondering what is the best bank to have when you’re planning to own multiple properties.I’ve been looking for my first home the past six months and as you know I need every dollar I can get. I have to close my Bank of America checking account because of the requirements needed to keep them active. $1,500 min unless I have direct deposit (which my job doesn’t have) and there other account they offer is $25 min but with a $5 every month. So I’m forced to leave and go to TD Bank and get a “Convenient checking” account which is a $100 min and no maintenance fee. If there’s a better bank or account That you guys think is better for the future when I have multiple properties or now please let me know I’ll write them down, do research and take action when the time comes.

Thank you!
