Replacing office job benefits with real estate investing

Joe Duffy
Posted

My wife would like to leave an office job with great benefits. I am currently a full time agent(no benefits). We are looking to start a real estate investing company with her as the admin manager as she excels at that type of work. I’m an agent out in the field everyday and will be looking for the deals. This goal has a 2 yr time line. What strategy would your eyes get enough income to replace her wages and benefits in that time fram? From there the strategy will change to building net worth. Thanks in advance.
