Trying to get my first property
I have about $10,000 saved up, a 687 credit score and only been at my job for 10 months. I am trying to get a loan to possibly start working towards getting my first property. I know I could maybe find a private lender since I don’t have a long enough work history with my current job to get a loan through the bank but I just wanted to know is there any other way to get a loan with the amount of money I have saved right now and the credit score I have.
