Roadblocks. Rehab Costs and ARV
I've realized as I start to analyze properties my roadblocks are two areas. I realize I can reach out to contractors and a real estate agent but in order to quickly analyze the property how do other people do it quickly.
How do you estimate rehab costs site unseen? Without a contractor
How do you get the ARV of the property without a real estate agent?
What do other people do?
It seems like it is so easy on the webinar but I think these are two main things that hold people back because there are logistics involved.
I appreciate all of your feedback in advance.
Also, I'm in Manalapan New Jersey. A few of us are looking to get together on a regular basis to network and discuss RE inevesting.
