i remember having to pay $25 wire xfer fee when I was wiring cash to title company. I used Chase personal checking which caps at $25k max for any given wire transfer per day. Are there banks that don't charge any wire xfer fees?

We use the same local bank as our title company (attorney's office) and transfer funds directly from our account into their account so there's no fees involved.
