Investing in real estate while pursuing my dreams.
Hello!
So as of now, I am a full time filmmaker. I love it, I don't want to give it up, but it also has its ups and downs. Some months, I make a great amount of income with plenty of work coming in. Some months... not so much. There's times where I have to beg for work or go out and drive for Uber Eats. Which is what I don't want to do.
I want to be able to make a good stream of revenue but not give up on my dreams of being a filmmaker. Anyone kind in the same boat, and have been able to do real estate while pursuing a dream of having a creative job like film, photography, etc?
Thanks!
