Looking at Investing in the West GA market, what are the typical loan rates and terms you can get from a bank or hard money lender with no money down?

@Cody Chavez

As far as hard money lenders go I do not know because I do not deal with them. On the bank side of things they will not lend money with 0% down depending on what you are wanting to purchase will depend on your down payment. My banks will do 15-20% down and right now between 5-5.5% interest on commercial loans.
