I currently own over 120 properties. I also handle other investors portfolios (126 more). I started with tax sale properties, and grew from there. Now, we have a maintenance company, construction company, and pest control company. I've learned a lot! I think a one stop shop for an investor is the perfect way to go. I couldn't find any out there, so I created my own. Bigger pockets has been a wealth of knowledge.
