Typical for Property sitting all winter see price increase spring
Hello, I have a few properties I have been keeping my eye on all winter so far. Being I'm looking to purchase my first real estate property (2 flat), near Brookfield IL., come this spring, can I expect to see the few property's I'm keeping my eye on, jump in price if I were to buy in spring suppose to winter? The couple of houses have been sitting on the MLS for 100-200 days...

@Javier K Perea keep your eyes on Berwyn and Forest Park. The problem with Brookfield is that it does not have enough transactions so there are just not enough deals to allow you to find the diamond in the rough. I also see a lot of my clients finding deals in Cicero currently as the rents there have been raising very quickly over the past two years.
