Where do you store cash while saving for a property?
I'm currently saving up for my first investment property. For the last year or so I've just been using a savings account to store cash. Are there any other areas I can invest this money or store it that will provide a better return than a savings account in the mean time? I'm looking for something that has very minimal downside potential, but provides a better return than the bank. Also would need it to be fairly liquid, for the possibility of finding a real estate deal. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
