How much time to put in before buying your first property
I tend towards analysis paralysis. I have no experience with real estate investing yet and know there is a lot to learn. I'd like my first investment to be a multifamily home for house hacking. I have a full time job, so limited free time.
Knowing myself and my tendency to feel like I don't know enough yet, I'm trying to plan out how much time I should allot to learning. Of course the learning will never stop, but at what point is what you've learned "good enough" to make your first purchase.
Any key concepts should you be sure to understand? How much time did you put in absorbing information before jumping in with your first property?
Thanks in advance for the advice!
