Investing with VA home loan in Jacksonville FL
I am a first time buyer using VA home loan, with 100% disability. I would like to buy a multi family home, duplex or triplex. I have a budget of 300k. Looking to rent out rooms or units while also upgrading them. Looking for suggestions on areas and really any sort of knowledge that can be passed on. Thank you.

Hi Bobby,
I'm not in the Jacksonville, FL, but I highly recommend meeting some other local investors at meetups in your area who will know the neighborhoods well. You could also start searching for a Real Estate Agent who will be able to help you find a great deal to start your investing journey. If you go to the top ribbon of your BiggerPockets page under Network > Real Estate Agents, you'll be able to find professionals in your market that can help you get up and going.
Best of wishes to you!!
