How to write a Business plan

Hey biggerpockets family! I am new here on the forum and as any newbie, i have many questions and seeking guidance and advice. One question i have is, how do i go about writing up a business plan? What should I include and leave out of it and if possible, can anyone provide a sample or an example? Thank you
