Hello BP community! I just got my RE license and im currently looking for a brokerage to work with in the NYC area however my ultimate goal is to establish a RE investing career, is there anyone on here that doing both or started as an agent and maybe transitioned into investing later on? if so you got anytips on how to go about doing things? your advise is greatly appreciated!
