Rent Comps/ First rental

Looking to place an offer on first rental  I analyzed the property and the numbers work out. How do I know I will get the rents I am expecting?

Would I ask around other agents/investors. Maybe property managers?

@Leo Padilla  The best way to estimate rents is to check multiple sources (i.e. websites like Zillow and Rentometer, local property management companies, etc).  Definitely don't rely on just one source.
