Starting a Direct Mail Campaign

Hello BP,

I have purchased my first list for a direct selling campaign. My list is relatively small, as I am testing things out. 576 leads for the two zip codes closest to me. But now what? How do I send out the mailers? How to I ensure my letter is personalized to include the property owner's name and property address? Do I write a code in excel to create a personalized letter for each lead and print them? Is there a service that does this? Please advise. If there is an existing post that addresses this topic please direct me to it.  Thank you for your help.
