Cape San Blas, FL rental investment

New to this forum world, but I'm seeking advice on buying vacation/rental condo on the cape. My family vacations to this pinesula almost yearly for the last 4, and it kind of makes since to start making money off people like me.  Looking for do's/dont's, current condo owners, basically people who can lead me in the right direction. I'm a big boy, so be honest with opinions and help.
