Does cash flow from properties count towards your income?
Looking at buying multiple properties but am worried my debt to income will drop quickly. Curious If cash flow can count towards your income in order to more easily buy another property.

Most lenders will want to see 24 months of ownership/landlording before allowing the rental income to be counted towards your DTI.
