Review of Finance of America LOC product

I've seen from past posts on BP that Finance of America's process for the LOC product has taken longer than expected and was a problem. Some say a BIG problem. I'd like to hear from investors who are currently using the product (or hear from associates) if these problems still persist and where in the process are the problems? How long to get to closing? What about the draw process? Is it convenient for the investor?
