Hello my name is Joe Berns and I’ve lived and grown up my whole life in Peoria Illinois  and it’s my dream to become an real Estate investment here, I’ve read multiple books and watched countless videos over it. I’m only 19 years old but I would really love to be able to Learn more and keep my knowledge growing in 2020 and hopefully get my first property. What are some steps I can take in order to achieve this, like how to  find a mentor, networking, and just meeting the people I need to get this started,  I just don’t know where to turn next?
