New to the Real Estate game in NC

Hello BP! My name is Antwan and I have been reading post from BP for about 2 weeks now. I am from North Carolina's 336 area, mainly Greensboro and Lexington but I do a lot of traveling to Winston-Salem, High Point, Thomasville and the whole Triad area.

I have been watching this real estate business from the sideline for quite sometime now. I have friends that are in this business, but are much older than myself and have been doing it for quite sometime. I really became serious about real estate about 6 months ago and I have been doing my own reading and research about it as well. I do think that because I am coming in and do not have lots of money to invest with but I do have a people around me that are very vital to this business. I want to start out wholesaling and then go to rehabbing.

I have my hands on housing lists in the 336 area, so I am really looking for some buyers throughout the 336 area. I would also like to network with as many people possible weather your from the 336 area or throughout the state of NC.
