Rental Rates near Greenfield, IN
Hi everyone. I am just starting out and have been doing a lot of education while getting my finances in order before jumping into Buy and Hold investing. The main issue that I'm having is that when trying to analyze deals, I don't know the best way to determine rental rates for my area. I have tried using Rent-o-meter like Brandon recommends in the webinars but lately I've had a hard time finding results in the areas I am looking for. I have also used sites like Zillow, Rentals.com, and other sites to try and find similar properties for rent, but most of the time I feel like I am guessing when it comes to choosing a rental rate close to another property for rent in my area. I live in the Greenfield, IN area and would prefer to invest near where I live but have just been struggling with this part of analyzing deals. I would definitely appreciate any advice because I would like to analyze as many deals as I can while getting my finances right so that I'm ready when the time comes. Thank you all
