Long distance tools?

My wife and I are beginning our investing long distance. We are in California and our first door is in North Carolina. We are just about done with the rehab portion of the project. We have a great agent, property manager, and handyman. However we noticed a problem with our system as we were going through the rehab. It seemed that some of the things we text to the property manager got missed until later in the rehab. Fortunately they got addressed before trying to rent. Does anyone have a checklist or someplace to get one that you can send to your team, that way they can work off of a common list? We were thinking of a list that listed out all of the areas of the property that could be looked at by a team member, and they could take a note if it needed replaced, painted, repaired, etc.. My wife and I were thinking of making one but would prefer to use something that is tried and true.

Thank you,

Jerry
