Hello,

I am a newbie and need to cruch some numbers and am having a heck of time figuring the best way to do this:

Knowing expenses on a house (that has been used by doctors as offices), I must demonstrate to them whether or not it is better to 'sell' or 'lease' their property.

Do you have an excel spreadsheet that takes: expenses and then lets you 'plug in' a various price per sqft that then shows the 'retun' based on a mortgage value 'plugged in'?

Any help/direction you can provide would be wonderful!!
