Renting out my first home I bought
My total expenses cost about 2650 a month. I did some research and came to a conclusion that I may be able to get 2400 a month if I rent it out. I was wondering if it would be worth renting out and paying the extra cost Or if I should just sell it and try to find a better deal that will bring in cash flow.

@Jordan Delima Do you have an expectation that at some point in the future you could charge more for rent? Will the property continue to appreciate? what are your investing goals, cash flow or appreciation? if you sold it how much cash would you have to re-invest? these are just some of the questions that anyone on here would need to know the answer to before giving you an opinion.
