Do I need to be insured? Do I have to have an LLC in place? I have a home that I could potentially sell to a buyer I still have to find a buyer, but it seems too simple but yet when I go to make my moves I feel I don't have enough confidence. The simple steps that I have to do that I have learned is one I found the distressed Home or motivated seller I should say Find a buyer contract the home which I have to get the contract sell the home under contract to the buyer with a smaller added price to the home and that's it what am I missing?
