Price Quoted blows my budget

Good morning active BP friends,

So I received some quotes finally! I’m about 60 days into learning how this works....

One quote in particular is priced more than my budget but I think is a great investment.

How would I go about possible giving someone else the opportunity to get this property?

I wanted it but the quote blows my entire budget to purchase!
