Not sure if this is the right place but I just wanted to post a quick thank you to BiggerPockets and these forums.

My wife and I just had an offer accepted on a fourplex that we are goi g to house hack.

First question from my parents was “are you in financial trouble?”

I assured them we are not! Ha
