Expensive Markets Resources (books, podcasts, etc)
Hi all,
I’m looking for any resources I can find around investing in expensive markets. I live in the SF Bay Area and the rules seem to be different here than in most of the country. In order to be cash flow even (which I want for my first investment), I need to put 40% down which I can do.
My question is then how to I scale this into a business? I can’t keep putting 40% down on every property and I don’t want to get involved with private loans or partners. Are out of state properties or turnkey the only way to scale in an expensive market?
Any advice or books or podcasts you’d recommend with information specific to expensive markets would be very much appreciated!
