How can I find money for my first fix and flip?

Im 22, ive got no job, no money, and im not in school. I am driven though and im looking to get into real estate. my plan is to start with some fix and flips to build up my capital and eventually buy rental properties as well. But with no current capital how can i get started with a fix and flip project? any advice from the wise and experienced? :)
