Hello BP, 

My name is Ashley and I am a new investor. My last day at work is less than a month I'm ready to jump into this field full force. There are lot of moving parts involved in the initial process of investing and I am looking for a proven model to follow. I've been to numerous of real estate seminars. I'm in the Arlington, TX area and plan to market in this area as well as Fort Worth. I'm looking forward to learning and implementing that into success.

Yes, I'm aware that wholesaling is not investing. This is one of many strategies I've been researching to help build capital for future flipping, buy/holds, rehab, etc. I need someone who's familiar with the market to guide me in the right direction. I'm starting from square one and I'm willing/ready to put in the work.
