Bought 2 rentals, What's next?

Over the past 5 years I've bought 2 single family homes in a college town. Both houses have been very successful. I have worked in construction for years and plan to do so for the foreseeable future, however I would like to expand and purchase more properties. I'm unsure what my next steps would be. Any advice would be appreciated.
