Getting Daughter into house hacking @ 18?

My wife and I are debating on if we should help our daughter buy a house to live in and rent out rooms while in college. It would be under her name and have to make sense with the numbers. When she leaves school our other children will come in consecutively every 5 yrs, when one gets done another starts. Please start responding with a yes or no, then give reasons. Thanks
