What would you do?!
If you were the recipient of a trust fund, where you receive 40k a year NET, how would you invest this money for the best ROI?
Would you buy Single Family Homes or 2-4 Unit Multi Family Residences?
OR would you save for a few years so you had enough for a larger apartment complex?

Option 1 keep investing and growing as you go along and if you want an apartment complex later you can 1031 exchange, making cash flow all the way.
