I know this topic has been discussed before but always looking for different views on this issue. As I connect with more and more investors, of course naturally the topic of partnering up comes to play. By nature I am a cautious guy and become apprehensive when propositions like this comes up because of the trust factors

How do you guys know when you have potentially successful partnership?
