Networking / Events near Portland Maine?

Hello!

At the beginning of 2019 I started listening to the BP podcast and since then have really dove into financial, real estate literature. I’ve taken other actions such as almost eliminating credit card debt, and saving almost 7k to put towards a down payment on my soon to be first house hack I project I’m about five months out from actually buying my first property in the Portland Maine area. I believe the next action to take is to get to know investors in my area, and really start networking and get immersed in the community! If anyone knows of any events in the southern Maine, NH area that would be appreciated! And any other tips such as preferred lenders, contractors! Thank you in advance!
