Good Afternoon,

I have started my journey to financial freedom and have began narrowing down properties to invest in .. Financing is the only thing I’m missing .(yes I know it’s the most important part ) . I have parents who are developers, that’s could back me financially but they are starting a 60+ home project , so I rather not tie up anymore of their money!

Question is , How does one go about getting money for projects ? Basically starting from nothing financially ?
