New to investing, moving to GA

Hi everyone! Im Travis, my wife and I will be moving to Macon GA area. Looking to begin our RE investment journey as we enter the state. Interested in multi-family, needing some rehab but hopefully livable for us on one side or the other. Will be spending most of my time with work in Fort Valley area so any places 30 minutes ish are up for grabs for us. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated and entertained. Thanks!!
