Hello BP! Glad to have found this forum, as it has helped me a lot over the past few weeks! 

I am brand new in the real estate game and will be turning my current home into a rental. Looking for any advice regarding leases, screening tenants, property maintenance and everything else! 

Would also love to connect with folks in the Greater Nashville area who dont mind sharing experiences!
